Monday 3rd June – ICM.com, a global pioneering Forex, CFDs and online trading provider is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive partnership with London’s Chestertons Polo in the Park. This is the firm’s third consecutive year to be supporting the polo tournament and the ICM.com International Match, where the ICM.com team will be competing to win the historic Olympic Trophy. This announcement comes ahead of a busy summer for English polo with Chestertons Polo in the Park 2019 taking place on 7th, 8th and 9th June at Hurlingham Park, for the 10th year.
During the tournament ICM.com’s branding will appear on the front of the polo players’ shirts, as well as around the pitch and on the events tickets and VIP passes. Six city polo teams from around the world, including Buenos Aires, Shanghai, Zurich, Kissimmee, London and Dubai, will meet and compete at the iconic Hurlingham Park in London.
Shoaib Abedi, founder of ICM.com highlighted the importance of this sponsorship by saying:
“Polo sponsorship has been a long-standing commitment for the firm and demonstrates the company’s dedication to the historic sport that dates back to the 6th century b.c. With its unique blending of talents between horse and rider polo shares a lot of similarities with ICM.com – history, dedication and hard work.’’ Mr Abedi finished by saying: “We are delighted to be renewing this sponsorship agreement of the International Match for a third year as it shows the strength of our ties with our partners is stronger than ever.’’
Rory Heron, Managing Director and Founder of Sportgate, the event organisers of Chestertons Polo in the Park 2019, was quoted saying: “It is a real honour to once again be working alongside the fantastic team at ICM.com. They have been partners of ours for a long time now and we really appreciate their support.’’
